Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receiving the order.
However, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must contain all parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when the product was delivered.
- There is no sign of excessive handling or damage caused by improper use.
- Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
- The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- We are authorized to charge the customer for the return shipping costs.
- The return will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged due to customer misuse.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you will need to follow these steps to initiate the return process.

Ensure that the email includes the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product
- Customer's full name
- Customer's address
We will then contact you and provide the return address.
Do not send the return to the sender's address; we will provide you with the correct return address once requested.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Cancellation
Consumers have the right to cancel in accordance with the following provisions if the consumer is a private individual entering into a contract for purposes that are predominantly not connected to their commercial or professional activity:
A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting from the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), receives the final item.
Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately once placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process until delivery is complete. Refunds are not available until after you have received the merchandise.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Cambridge Couture) through a clear declaration (e.g., via email) of your decision to cancel the contract. The cancellation will be considered complete once we have received the merchandise. The cost of returning the merchandise will be borne by the customer.
Tracking for Goods in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times, which are beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure a quicker return process, we request that you send us proof of shipment.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery charges (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard, least expensive delivery option offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation and the merchandise. For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon; in no case will you incur any fees for this refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS, ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER.
